Exercise and Diet for Rhematoid Arthritis Sufferers

I find a lot of people that suffer from rhematoid arthritis always have questions about exercise and diet for rhematoid sufferers. There seems to be a lot of myths that exercise is difficult for rhematoid arthritis sufferers. That is far from the truth.

I was walking to work one and stopped to talk to a couple that I walk by most mornings. They always seem to be out for their morning walk when I am going to work. It turns out the wife has Rhematoid Arthritis and has be almost symptom free for 3 years. When I asked her what changed, she was convinced it was the decision to get out and start moving on a regualr basis.

I was amazed at how one simple thing can make such a huge difference. The challenge as I see it is it can be overwhelming living with the disease so you need a bit of a system to get your life back and slowly implement changes over time.

After talking with the couple I mention the book "How To Cure Rheumatoid Arthritis" and she had not read it. When she got home to got a copy of the book and when I bumped into them a few days later she was amazed at how simple the changes can be. She was convinced that if she just made a few more changes she would be on her way to be completely symptom free.

So if you really want to understand exercise and diet for rhematoid arthrits sufferers then do something different and create a system for change. A great place to start is getting the book "How to Cure Rhematoid Arthritis"
